Upskill2Own publishes articles, guides, calculators and other material about leadership, management, team building, employee ownership and starting or buying a business. Everything here is general information. It is not professional advice for your particular situation. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

You may read, share links to, and print pages from the Website for your own personal or internal business use. You agree not to:

Our calculators run in your browser and give estimates based only on the figures you enter and the assumptions built into each tool. Results can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. They are a starting point for your own thinking, not a basis for a financial, legal, tax or employment decision. Check any important figure with a qualified professional before relying on it.
5. Comments and messages you send us
If you post a comment or send us a message, you are responsible for what you write. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, edit for length or clarity, and keep your comment on the Website. We may moderate, refuse or remove any comment at our discretion. Please do not post personal information about yourself or others that you would not want published.

The Website is funded by advertising served by Ezoic and its partners. Ads, and links to other websites, are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party websites, products or services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. An ad or link appearing on our Website is not an endorsement.

We may change, update, suspend or remove any part of the Website at any time without notice. We try to keep content accurate and current, but we do not promise that the Website will always be available, error-free or up to date.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts, specifically the Gauteng Division of the High Court in Pretoria or a magistrate’s court with jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
